Sydney is set to strengthen its reputation as Australia’s automated vehicle mecca when it hosts what is expected to be the biggest driverless vehicle exhibition and trade show of its kind ever seen in Australia.

With the theme of Forging the Future, the 4th International Driverless Vehicle Summit (IDVS4) brings together leading minds from across the nation and around the globe to showcase best-practice and unpack what needs to be done for Australia to transition from a focus on testing to widespread commercialisation of this exciting technology.

The event is offered by the Australia and New Zealand Driverless Vehicle Initiative (ADVI), which has been pivotal in raising awareness, driving community engagement, and bringing together industry collaborations. This year’s event will provide the latest international and national best-practice learnings from an array of leading global leaders.

ADVI continues to work with its many partners to promote driverless vehicle acceptance across Australia and New Zealand through a range of innovative communication and engagement activities to promote this exciting mobility technology to government, public and broader industry.

As a key engagement platform, IDVS4 will provide an array of showcase presentations, deep-dive discussions with experts and delve into topics that span the driverless vehicle ecosystem. Delegates will experience hands-on learning, plus a wealth of networking opportunities between the world’s leading industry partners and organisations.
