Research shows that 31 per cent of Australian employers are now offering some form of health promotion benefits to employees. But how do these early adapters know if they are on the right track?

The Health & Productivity Institute of Australia (HAPIA) has helped out our nation’s employers with the release of the Best Practice Guidelines for Workplace Health in Australia.

The stability and future success of any health and wellbeing program is largely dependent on the strength of the foundations set during its construction, and the maintenance provided throughout the program’s lifespan.

The Best Practice Guidelines provide a clear and actionable framework for establishing and executing a best practice program model, which includes a number of guiding principles. MORE>>
