Objective Corporation wins records management industry award

By Paul Hemsley

Leading content management provider for the public sector Objective Corporation (ASX:OCL) has been given a top accolade from the Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia (RIM Professionals Australasia).

The company this week collected the 2013 Jim Shepherd Industry Award in recognition for the services it has provided to the information management industry.

Objective Corporation is no stranger to the Jim Shepherd Award, having previously won in 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Objective Corporation chief executive officer Tony Walls said the company has been a “proud supporter” of RIM professionals at both the national and branch level for the past 12 years.

Mr Walls reflected on the company’s 25 year history of engineering innovative solutions that “deliver real value to customers”.

He highlighted Objective’s continuing investment in local research and development, the development of new capabilities and the release of “new solutions that benefit” the information and records management industries.

“This award recognises our role in working to bring our vision for information management and connected process management to the entire industry,” Mr Walls said.

“We look forward to an ongoing relationship with RIM Professionals Australasia and continuing our support of the industry.”
