SA adds Konica to panel

The Government of South Australia has announced Konica Minolta will join the government’s Document Output Devices panel as of July.

The vendor is offering public sector agencies a per-page cost model, where the agencies have the option of purchasing the device and all consumables (except paper), from the supplier together with an ongoing regular maintenance program.

Konica Minolta State Manager – South Australia Michael Adair said the focus on customer service was a key consideration for the vendor’s addition to the panel.

“Key drivers and government requirements such as security, environmental considerations helped secure Konica Minolta’s panel position,” he said.

“Konica Minolta is working with the Government of South Australia and its agencies under this contract, as well as offering that pricing structure to Councils and Local Government Associations, Universities, Non-Government Schools and Parliament.”

The vendor has also supplied MFDs to government agencies and departments through whole of State Government contracts in Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland as well as Federal Government contract.
