Penrith City Council’s director – city strategy, Alan Stoneham will replace retiring Alan Travers as general manager of the council on 2 July.
According to Penrith City Mayor Greg Davies, Mr Stoneham has an extensive background in local government with more than 30 years of experience in planning and long-term strategy development.
